Hunting Policies
- $300.00 deposit is required to book all hunts.
- No alcohol is allowed during hunting hours.
- No loaded guns in cabin, vehicles or processing area.
- No all-terrain vehicles or dogs are allowed on the ranch.
- Signed release and deposit must be received prior to arrival.
- All Trophy Hunts are guided. Game Manager's option and selection of whitetail buck (Management).
- Hunter's selection of buck except for tagged or immature breeder bucks (Trophy).
- Hunter is given the opportunity to shoot a mature 140+ class gross B&C buck that exhibits trophy quality antlers (Trophy).
- Hunter is given an opportunity to shoot a buck of any age with undesirable genetics that exhibits antlers having any number of points and size (Management).
- Should a hunter shoot the wrong buck or deer / antelope on any hunt, the hunter is responsible for the full applicable hunt fee.
- Wounded animal is considered a kill; every effort will be made to locate the animal.
- Hunter is responsible for the full applicable hunt fee for any wounded animals.
- Boone & Crockett (B&C) does not recognize deer taken behind high fences on any size acreage for the purpose of their record book.
- All hunters must have a valid Texas Hunting License and Hunter Safety Card if applicable.
- Harvest is not guaranteed.
- All artifacts, rocks, minerals, sheds and skulls are property of the ranch and may not be removed from the ranch.
